We are writing this letter to express what a pleasure it has been to work with our Realtor®, Dean Eades. The first home that we purchased was through Dean. After living in this home for seven years, we decided that it was time to move into a larger home.
Over the years Dean has always kept in touch with us and this made us feel like the purchase of our home was the beginning of the relationship, not the end. When we told Dean that we were interested in looking for our dream home, he was eager to assist us. He sent e-mails with listings and allowed us time to review them and respond back to him with the properties that were of interest to us. We have never felt pressured when working with Dean, and that is important when making a large purchase.
In February of 2009, we bought our dream home with Dean as our Realtor and absolutely love it. Our home has all of the items that we had on our wish list and Dean negotiated a sweet deal for us. Dean also worked with our lender to ensure a timely closing.

I highly recommend Dean Eades! I found his website so easy to use that I contacted him about buying a condo. Over the course of my condo hunting, he was unfailingly diligent, patient, and organized. No hard sell -- he listens to what you want and is very careful not to push an agenda on you. And he is extremely responsive. Case in point: when Dean had to go on a prescheduled vacation, I started having trouble with my mortgage broker. I emailed Dean in desperation, hoping to get some information in a few days. He called me immediately -- at 2 a.m. his time, from Finland -- and then worked the phone right then to get the matter resolved. I ended up getting a great condo at a great rate! Thanks, Dean!

As you may know San Diego's housing shortage has made purchasing a home difficult for first time homebuyers, but having the right agent can make a huge difference. My wife and I were lucky enough to find a great agent in Dean Eades.
Dean's insight on the current market condition and the research he did in the areas we wanted to buy was enormously helpful in finding a home that fit the needs of my family. He took the time to educate us on how to be successful in obtaining a property in multiple offer situations. Dean's knowledge and expertise made us feel secure and confident about buying a home.
Being first time homebuyers, we had many questions and fears but Dean was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He was only a phone call away whenever we needed him.
The home we wanted had 14 offers on the first day. Our offer wasn't the accepted offer, and you can imagine how disappointed we were.
