Growing up in Renton, Washington a suburb of Seattle, I spent a good portion of my adult life (22 years to be exact) in the trucking industry as a local driver then moved up to dispatch and eventually sales. 

After moving to San Diego in 1999 I decided I needed a change in careers and real estate seemed like the perfect fit for me. Real estate would still allow me to be out of doors occasionally and still interact with the local community and people from across the nation. My years in the trucking industry had given me a good background in dealing with all different types of people as well as a penchant for detail and facts. 

I earned my real estate license in 2001 and have been helping buyers and sellers in the San Diego County area ever since. In those eight years I have had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest people and along the way several of my clients have become some of my closest friends. 

Today I work with RE/MAX real estate franchise. They were recently listed as top real estate franchise by Franchise Times Top 200. The RE/MAX Network continues to grow because they offer so much value to local franchise owners. RE/MAX was the highest ranked real estate franchise in Entrepreneur Magazine's 30th Annual Franchise 500 Survey. a tribute the company has received in 9 out of the last 10 years.

I have always lived near the water so it was natural for me to settle near the ocean in the community of Pacific Beach, a small yet vibrant beach area just north of downtown San Diego. My time away from the office is sometimes spent walking on the beach, entertaining family and friends, hiking or biking. I also enjoy watching our local sports teams such as the San Diego Padres baseball team and San Diego Chargers football and have attended many games at Petco Park in downtown San Diego. I am also an avid horse racing fan and often go to Del Mar Racetrack during the summer season. I can also be spotted out for dinner or having a cold one with friends in and around Pacific Beach.

Since my career as a Realtor in the Pacific Beach Real Estate market began, I have helped many first time home buyers purchase their home, many others purchase their Second Home, and even their investment properties and vacation rentals. I have dedicated myself to knowing and caring for my community, and the latest real estate trends and technology.
